DESCRIPTION:Are you looking to connect with likeminded people?\n\nDo you love being outside and in nature?\n\nAre you struggling to get moving and need help?\n\nDo you love to walk but don’t because you don’t have anyone to walk with?\n\nAre you trying to lose weight and just don’t know where to start?\n\nIf you answered yes to one or more of these questions than you need to join my walking club!\n\nAll you need is a good pair of walking shoes\, comfy cloths\, water bottle\, that’s it!\n\nWe start Tuesday July 4 at 7 p.m.\, each week we will pick difference area to walk in.\n\nSo tell your boss you need to leave on time Tuesdays\, tell your partner and kids you need to leave the house at 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays and they need to get themselves sorted. It’s time to put YOU first. Work\, laundry\, dishes\, emails can wait. Summer is far too short to spend it inside working or sitting on the couch. Let’s get outside and enjoy life!!\n\nFor our first walk we will meet in the Beechwood area.
